my first #Competition

This was my first time competing since swimming in 1993.
I’ve been training in CrossFit for the past year and after hearing about this meet from my Coach asked if he thought I can do this.
With less than 2 months of training I had to strengthen my techniques in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
Training was extremely hard but I had a goal.
Here are the results. Thank you Coach Gary Roberts of CrossFit Predators. I couldn’t have done it without you.
Snatch 65, 70 (Miss), 70
Clean and Jerk 85 (No rep Pressed out), 90, 94 (PR)
It was a great experience and a huge accomplishment.
